Zben.bet ("Zben", "we", "us") operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Zben.

Sports Betting

• Once placed, all bets are final. Requests to cancel a bet due to user error will not be accepted.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds changes will not affect placed bets — the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply.

• Results of games in progress may be voided in the event of a technical error.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zben platform. If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently suspended and all funds may be forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Fraud: Use of false information, documents, or identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.

Zben reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

Reasons for Temporary Suspension

Reasons for Permanent Closure

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• If the account was registered using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
